RETURNS

1 - Each product is produced to order. Additionally, Turkish customs laws do not allow cutting tools (even if they are blunt) to enter the country. For this reason, once your order leaves Turkish customs, it is not possible to return it and refund the fee.

2 - It is possible to cancel before the product is shipped. In this case you may receive a full payment.

3 - Products other than Swords, Daggers, Knives, Axes and Spears (accessories, etc.) can only be returned and refunded if it is documented that they do not meet the specifications specified at the time of sale or were damaged during transportation.

4 - If your order arrives damaged, we can send you a new one or provide a full refund if you wish, if you present a document prepared by the cargo officer. In this case, there is no need to return the product.

5 - Refund or remaking options are offered for missing, faulty or incorrect products.

Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Karşıyaka mahallesi, Radar Caddesi, No.3/A - 06291, Kecioren - Ankara - Turkey.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Delivery Shipping

1- You will be notified of the estimated delivery date for each product when you place your order. This period will vary depending on the current order density. The relevant date declares the date on which the product will be finished and shipped.

2- The item will be shipped by DHL or Local postal service (PTT) and delivery time is 10-15 business days depending on the destination country. (Our company is not responsible for any problems that may occur at customs)
